Before working from home the last few years, Jay worked in an office in NYC where he would frequently have a lot of downtime. (How nice while I was home with two toddlers at the time!). He’s a golfer, so I bought a desktop mini golf putting game for him to keep at his desk when work was slow. Turns out he and his co-workers would have tournaments on a regular basis during the day. Not sure how much work actually got done in that office! But still, it was a fun gift, and a unique idea for someone who wouldn’t have any use for a traditional desk set.
Desk sets… there had to be a way to make this meaningful. Annie is a planner. Our days are scheduled in great detail months out in advance.
