We decided on this anniversary gift together given the planning that needed to be done. Annie wanted her engagement and wedding bands combined and upgraded so that she only needed one ring. We took the small diamonds from the wedding band and added them onto a wider silver band that housed the engagement ring. It really gave the ring an extra sparkle!
